Through this website we offer long term stays (28 days or more). For those stays, the Finnish Act on Residential Leases (481/95) (Laki asuinhuoneiston vuokrauksesta) applies. The rental term is considered fixed term lease. The long term stays are offered in the period between 1st of September and 31st of May (low season). 

The rent payment will be invoiced with 7 day payment term after booking. No cancellations are possible. We reserve the right to decline the booking. If we do so, we will not send an invoice.

The apartment has  to be vacated by 11:00 on the lease end date.

No pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the french balcony.

No guarantee is required, but the tenant is liable for all the damages. For your own financial guarantee, home insurance is recommended for the stay.

The rent includes electricity, heating, internet and basic cleaning after the checkout. The tenant has to take out everything he/she has brought in and take out trash.

The house has a laundry room, which can be booked separately free of charge.

The rent includes one set of sheets + towels for each. If you want them to be changed and apartment cleaned during your stay, you may order extra cleanings + sheet changes for the price of 64€/2 persons +12€/pp if more than 2 people (max 4 people of which 2 are kids).
